Who we are
This guide at kenagraphy.com/top-games is published by Kena Graphy, which is the controller of any personal data described here under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, plus the date it was sent and whether it was delivered.
- Server logs: standard technical details such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept by our hosting provider for security.
- Browser storage: your cookie choice, saved on your own device.
We don't ask you to create an account and we don't use advertising or tracking tools.
How we use it
We use contact details only to reply to your message (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Server logs are used to keep the site secure. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
Our hosting provider and our email delivery provider (Brevo), which passes contact form messages to our inbox. Where these providers process data outside the UK, they're covered by UK adequacy regulations or approved transfer safeguards.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.

The Play now buttons take you to the games' own websites, which have their own privacy policies. We aren't responsible for how they use your data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
